FAQ's

Please Note: all poster orders placed after 6pm Thurs 19th of Dec 2013 will not be processed until the week beginning 13th of Jan 2014 as we are closed for the silly season during that time.

If your order is not specifically urgent, please proceed with your order and we will attend to this when work re-commences.

Q) Is the poster mounted?
A) No, the posters are supplied as durable prints. If you would like a framed poster, please contact us for a specific quote and delivery charges.

Q) Do the posters come framed?
A) Unless specified, posters are not sold with a frame. Kisschasey can supply frames, contact them for more information on framing.

Q) What Kind of Paper do you use for your posters?
A) We use a German made premium polypropylene paper with a silky matte finish. Specifically for use in frames. It is 170 microns thick with a matte finish. A clear coat enabling solvent inks to take when printed allows for a colour fast and UV safe print.

Q) What if my name or the text doesn't fit on the poster?
A) Don't panic, we'll make the necessary modifications to the poster in order to accomodate your text. If however this is not possible, we will contact you and discuss some alternative options, in order to get you a great looking poster.

Q) Can I pick it up and pay for it?
A) If you live close to any of our pop-up stores or our Richmond studio, you're welcome to come and pick it up. However it must be paid for in advance. Any postage charges will be re-imbursed upon collection.

Q) Can you make my poster in other sizes?
A) Yes, we can usually create a custom sized poster for you. However these may incur additional costs, please call us for a chat and a quote - 03 9421 3311. We can also do large format, commercial installations upon request.

Q) Can I put my poster outside?
A) Our posters are all colourfast ( UV protected ), however we advise you avoid direct and prolonged exposure to the sun or the elements. The posters are moisture resistant ( being poly-propylene ) and once framed, they may be suitable for el-fresco or outdoor use.

Q) What if my poster has a spelling mistake?
A) Prior to printing your poster, we will send you sample copy of your poster for approval. Once approved for printing, you are responsible for checking all information. In the event of an error, we will re-print your poster for an agreed additional cost.

Q) My poster is a birthday gift, can I get a courier to deliver it on time?
A) If you need your poster on a particular date, and would like us to organise a courier service, simply give us a call and we can quote you a price for a courier service.
